The Builder supports the following audio file types for upload:

While customizing your button, click the hyperlink icon on the formatting toolbar. All buttons must have links in order to work.
This will launch your linking options. Click the file tab. If you have multiple files previously uploaded, you can filter them by clicking the drop down menu then select audio from the drop box. You can also type to search for the file.
If you want to link a new file, click upload.
Click Save Changes when you are done.
When a visitor clicks the button on your published website, a new tab will open with an HTML5 player to play the audio.
If you want to embed audio, you can use a sharing site like SoundCloud and paste the embed code using the HTML element.
Hover on the area where you would like to add the code and click Add Element.
This will launch the Elements menu. Select the HTML element under Extras.
Paste the embed code from your chosen provider into the placeholder. You have the option to adjust the width of the player. Click Update.
