To create a new mailbox, follow the steps provided below:
For website subscriptions...
- Log in to your VistaPrint account.
- Access My Digital Workspace by clicking My Digital Marketing.
- Navigate to your Website Dashboard by clicking View Dashboard.
- Click Manage Mailboxes.
- Click Add Mailbox.
- Complete the Create Your MailBox form.
- Click Create Mailbox to finalize your registration.
- Email setup will take 48 hours to complete.
For domains plus subscriptions...
- Log in to your VistaPrint account.
- Access My Digital Workspace by clicking My Digital Marketing.
- Navigate to your Domain Dashboard by clicking Manage Email Addresses.
- Click Add Mailbox.
- Complete the Create Your MailBox form.
- Click Create Mailbox to finalize your registration.
- Email setup will take 48 hours to complete.
Password requirements:
- password must be between 8-20 characters
- password must contain at least 2 numbers
- password must contain at least 1 special character
- password must contain a combination of upper and lower case letters
