Start by clicking Need Help in the bottom right corner. It lists 2 different options to connect.

 

1. Schedule a Consultation 

This option allows you to choose a date and time most convenient to you. An advisor will contact you on this date and discuss the questions or concerns you may have.

Calling the toll-free number will route you to an advisor. You can choose this option any weekday between 8 AM to 7 PM EST.
