1.	Log into your Gmail Account
2.	Click on the Settings icon then click “See all Settings” in the drop-down menu
3.	Click Accounts and Import
4.	Click Add a mail account
5.	Enter your hosted Email address then click Next
6.	Select Import emails from my other account (POP3) then click Next
7.	a. Enter login information for hosted email: Username: Full email address Password: password of the mailbox POP Server: mail.b.hostedemail.com b. Select leave a copy of retrieved message on the server c. Click Add Account
8.	Select Yes, I want to be able to send mail as then click Next
9.	Enter your Name then click Next Step
10.	a. Enter SMTP server requirements: SMTP Server: mail.b.hostedemail.com Username: full email address Password: password of the email address b. Click Save Changes
11.	A confirmation code email will be sent to your Gmail account. a. Click the link to verify. b. Or insert the code to verify.
