- Click My Account > Contact Preferences.
- You must be signed in to access My Account options.
- De-select one or both of the check boxes to stop receiving e-mail communications.
- Click Update to save your marketing preferences.
Note: It can take up to 10 days for email communications to stop. Also, you will always receive order confirmation emails, regardless of your communication preferences.
