NOTE: These steps will guide you through configuring email on Mac Mail. This example uses Mac Mail Version 12.0 on OS X. If you are using another version or operating system, these instructions may differ.
1. Launch Mac Mail. Hover the mouse to the very top of the Mac Mail window. Inside the pop-up, click on Mail, and then select Add Account.
2. Select Other Mail Account and click Continue.
Enter the following information:
- Name: This is the name that will appear on all outgoing mail from this account.
- Email Address: The full email address of your account.
- Password: The password of your email account.
Click Sign In.
4. Manually configure the account.
Enter the following information:
- Email Address: Your full email address.
- Username: Your full email address.
- Password: Your email account password.
- Account Type: We recommend IMAP.
- Incoming Mail Server: mail.b.hostedemail.com
- Outgoing Mail Server: mail.b.hostedemail.com
Click Sign In.
Your account is now ready for use.
