Setmore.com offers a built-in integration with Square.com to require payment from your customer at the time they schedule their appointment or class.
Square is free to get started and will charge you fees for each transaction.

With Patreon.com, you can require your customers to become paying subscribers ('patrons') in order to access exclusive pre-recorded video content.
Patreon is free to get started and takes a percentage of the patron revenue plus transaction fees.
For other cases, you may want to:
