After you place an order and the payment is confirmed, we will send an order confirmation to you right away at the email address associated with your Vistaprint account. An email notification with a tracking number is sent once your order ships.
You can view your order status 24 hours a day from your Order History page.
- Click on My Account > Order History & Reorder. (If you are not signed in already, you will be prompted to do so.)
- All of your orders to date will be displayed. Review the Status column to determine if your order has shipped—you'll also see the tracking number if your order has shipped.
If something doesn't seem right, contact us and we'll get to the bottom of it.
