Certain products may not be able to be edited after your order is placed:
- Some photobooks
- Digital products
- Design Services
- Products ordered on the Promotional Products tab
Changing the Shipping Address
- You cannot change the ship to country.
- The shipping address can only be changed if the order has not yet shipped.
- The new shipping address is applied to all items in an order, even if they have not all shipped yet.
- Changing the email address or phone number for an order does not change the information in your account.
