After you place an order and the payment is confirmed, we will send an order confirmation to you right away at the email address associated with your Vistaprint account. An email notification with a tracking number is sent once your order ships.
You can view your order status 24 hours a day from your Order History page.
- Sign in to your Vistaprint account.
- Click My Account > Order History & Reorder.
- All of your orders to date are displayed. Review the Status field to determine if your order has shipped - you'll also see the tracking number if your order has shipped.
If something doesn't seem right, contact us and we'll get to the bottom of it.
