I received an email advising my site will be upgraded from Vista to Wix, what does this mean?

We’re making your website experience better than ever. In the coming weeks, your website will be upgraded to the Vista x Wix platform.

Vista x Wix offers a better experience, more features, and many empowering capabilities to help you grow your businesses. It far outpaces our current website offering, so we're making a move to offer a better customer experience.

You will not be able to schedule the upgrade of your website, this is ultimately determined by our internal teams. Once your existing site is upgraded to Vista x Wix, you will be notified via email and we will turn off your current site on the Vista platform. You will continue to have view-only access to your old site for 90 days after your upgrade to ensure that the design on the two sites match.

Some customers may experience a disruption in service to their site anywhere from 15 minutes up to 48 hours. If your site has been disrupted for more than 48 hours you can get in touch with us here and we will look into the matter.
