For most products, yes - up until we start printing your items.
Here's what you can do yourself:

• Cancel an order
• Change the delivery address
• Make design and text edits:
  • Click My Account → Order History & Reorder.
  • Click View/Edit Order.
    Note: If the View/Edit Order button is not available, it is not possible to edit or cancel your order.

Contact us to change the following:

• The last name of the recipient or the company name
• The quantity, paper stock/finish, or delivery speed
• If you need to edit one of these products after you've ordered:
  • Some photobooks
  • Digital products
  • Design Services
  • Products ordered on the Promotional Products tab
