1. Select the Settings icon.
2. Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
3. Select Add Account.
4. You'll see a number of email provider options, select Other.
5. Select Add Mail Account.
6. On the New Account screen, enter the following information:
- Name: The name you want to display to email recipients.
- Email: The email address associated with your Webmail Mailbox.
- Password: The password that was created when setting up the mailbox created through Vistaprint Webmail.
- Description: Account name or description.
Click Next.
7. The next screen should be called 'New Account'. For protocol type, choose IMAP.
On the Incoming Mail Server section, enter the following information:
- Host Name: mail.b.hostedemail.com
- Username: The email address associated with your Webmail Mailbox.
- Password: The password that was created when setting up the mailbox created through Vistaprint Webmail.
On the Outgoing Mail Server section, enter the following information:
- Host Name: mail.b.hostedemail.com
- Username: The email address associated with your Webmail Mailbox.
- Password: The password that was created when setting up the mailbox created through Vistaprint Webmail.
Click Next.
8. Your device will verify your email account settings. This may take several minutes.
If your device Cannot Verify Server Identity, then:
- Click Details.
- Click Trust.
- Click Details again.
- Click Trust again.
9. If IMAP was selected previously, you'll get the option to activate the Mail and Note features.
Click Save.
10. Wait while the system completes necessary checks. Once finished, you'll be redirected to the Mail, Contacts, Calendars screen.
Choose your newly created account.
11. Scroll down and click Advanced.
On the Advanced screen, scroll down to the Incoming Settings section to ensure:
- Use SSL is selected.
- Authentication is set to Password.
- IMAP Path Prefix is set to INBOX.
- Server Port is set to 993.
12. To configure additional settings for the outgoing server, click the left arrow to return to the previous screen, Account.
13. On the Account screen, scroll down to the Outgoing Mail Server section and click SMTP.
14. In the Outgoing Mail Server screen ensure that:
- Use SSL is selected.
- Authentication is set to Password.
- Server Port is set to 465.
Click Done.
Once the settings are verified, your account is active and ready to use.
To test your new email account, go to the Mail app and try sending and receiving emails.
