If you or someone else using one of your email addresses forgets the password for an email account, you can reset it by following these steps:
For website subscriptions...
- Log in to your VistaPrint account.
- Access My Digital Workspace by clicking My Digital Marketing.
- Navigate to your Website Dashboard by clicking View Dashboard.
- Click Manage Mailboxes.
- Note the addresses you have set up and click Edit next to the address you'd like to update.
- Enter a new password and a confirmation of the new password.
- Click Submit to finalize your change.
For domains plus subscriptions...
- Log in to your VistaPrint account.
- Access My Digital Workspace by clicking My Digital Marketing.
- Navigate to your Domain Dashboard by clicking Manage Email Addresses.
- Note the addresses you have set up and click Edit next to the address you'd like to update.
- Enter a new password and a confirmation of the new password.
- Click Submit to finalize your change.
For personalized security, the password can also be changed from within the mailbox.
