If you or someone else using one of your email addresses forgets the password for an email account, you can reset it by following these steps:
- Log-in to your VistaPrint account.
- Navigate to your Website or Business Email Dashboard by clicking My Websites or My Business Email.
- Click on the Manage Email tab.
- Note the addresses that you have setup and click Edit next to the address you'd like to update.
- Enter a new password and a confirmation of the new password.
- Click Submit to finalize your change.
For personalized security, the password can also be changed from within the mailbox.
