Search Engine Listings Manager

Search Engine Listings Manager is a 5-minute setup process to get your business listed to multiple search engines, including Google, Bing, AOL, Yahoo!, and Yellow Pages.

Submitting Your Information

1.

Once you're getting started with our Search Engine Manager, you will be prompted to sign into your Google account. This creates a "Google My Business" profile. If you're already signed into your Google account, click "allow" for Vistaprint to access this information.

2.

You may check if you already have a profile by entering your business name, location and postal code.

3.

If your business is confirmed as a new listing, you'll be asked to categorize this business. You can select multiple categories that relates to your offering(s). 

4.

Click the appropriate option to state if your business has a physical location (office/shop) or not. Your location will be visible on Google Maps.

You'll also be asked the areas in which you serve your customers. You may enter up to 20 of the areas you deliver your offerings in.

5.

In this field, we're confirming the precise location where you operate your business from. Hit Submit once you believe all your business information was inputted correctly.

6.

The verification step is to ensure you are the operator of the business. We will send you a postcard to the address you provided in the previous step.

7.

Your postcard will take 7-14 business days to arrive. Once it does, kindly visit google.com/verifymybusiness and enter the 5-digit verification code.

You can also enter the code from the dashboard on Vistaprint.

Accessing the Dashboard

You may access your Search Engine Listings dashboard under My Account > My Digital Marketing > View Listing Details. This dashboard allows you to update all your listing information.

Viewing the listing details will showcase some options which include:

Verify

Enter the 5-digit verification code on the postcard here. If you have not received a postcard within 2weeks, you can request a new one.

B.

Add Cover Photo and Logo

You may upload any image that represents your business in these placeholders.

C.

Manage your Listings

Monitor where you're getting leads, how people are finding you and understand performance across search engines.

D.

View Performance

Easily access the statistics and performance data of your Search Engine Listings across the directories your business is listed on.

E.

Edit/Update Profile

Once you've made any change to your business, we'll push the updated information to all listing sites, ensuring accurate information appears across the web.
