I am a tax exempt customer and/or a reseller. How do I collect a refund for the taxes I paid?

Tax exempt/reseller customers that qualify for an exemption of sales tax may request a refund for any sales tax paid on their orders.

To qualify for exemption, a tax exempt/reseller customer will need to provide Vistaprint customer service with the receipt received at the end of the order and proof of tax exempt status (e.g. exemption certificate or equivalent proof of exempt status) to request a refund of the sales tax paid. Once the tax-exempt documentation has been approved, you are not required to submit it again for subsequent orders until such time as the documentation expires. Please email ExemptSalesTax@vistaprint.com the requested exemption information to initiate the sales tax refund process.
